Ms. Stephanie Crenshaw wins statewide title

April 24, 2006 , Atlanta , Georgia – Linley Jones today announced that her firm is sponsoring the winning contestant in the Ms. Wheelchair Georgia 2006 competition, Ms. Stephanie Crenshaw of Newnan, Georgia. Her former law firm sponsored a cocktail reception in honor of Ms. Crenshaw on the evening of Thursday, June 9, 2005, at the Ravinia Club in Dunwoody.

Ms. Crenshaw, a former paralegal of Ms. Jones’, is currently employed with the Georgia Department of Rehabilitation Services, helping people with disabilities get back into the workplace. At the same time, Ms. Crenshaw has been pursuing a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling through Thomas University , Thomasville, Georgia. She will graduate this month.

Ms. Crenshaw will spend her reign delivering speeches and making appearances throughout the state.  “Unlike most pageants,” said Jones, “this event really showcases the talents and achievements of women who face the tremendous challenge of being in a wheelchair. The pageant provides a forum to demonstrate the potential of all people in wheelchairs to achieve goals and participate in competition.”
